U don't need to climb social ladder to get accepted . I know who i am as a person and im proud of me and what ive done. So I climb walls to get away from them nonsense 😎!
" Be yourself, cause your special. Allah create you for who you are and you dont have to act a certain way or drop others for other peoples to accept you "

Pada akhirnya saya harus mengundurkan diri dari INVINCIBLE.
setelah 3 tahun benar-benar membangun, branding, membantu membawa orang ke toko, Jualan dan mengedukasi produk kepada client dan team, web order, bantu research dan kasih info ke management , bantu VIP , pengiriman web, membantu SDM dan membantu Mengelola & operasi.
saatnya aku  harus pergi.

Jika Anda bertanya mengapa, ada banyak alasan yang tidak dapat saya bagikan, tetapi  intinya karena saya melihat visi dan misi kami telah berbeda dan berubah.
tapi saya bersyukur dan bersenang-senang membangun merek ini di indonesia dari bawah ke atas dan saya berharap manajemen baru yang terbaik dan membawa INVINCIBLE ke tingkat berikutnya.

In the end i have to resign.
after 3 years of literraly building, branding , help bring people to the store, selling and educating the product, web , shipping , help HR and help Managing & operation. 
its time for me to go. 

if you ask why, there is many reason that i cant share, but as i see our vision and mission had change.
but im greatfull and had a good time building this brand in indonesia from the ground up and i wish the new management the best and bring INVINCIBLE to the next level.

Seperti biasa  Sneaker peak adalah acara sneaker yang seru dan cool untuk dilihat dan untuk bertemu dengan ajang collector dan teman2 para reseller dan pecinta sneakers
menurut saya, Salah satu Acara yang harus di datangkan adalah acara sneaker peak ini .
acara ini di mulai oleh pecinta sneakers dan buat komunitas sneakers. banyak tenant2 yang jual aneka ragam sepatu dan tidak cuma sepatu yang itu2 saja seperti dunk dan jordan doang.
yang lebih serunya lagi, yang mau datang tidak di pungut biaya apa2 
acara ini berlaku 4 hari, dari kamis sampai minggu
sebagai research, acara ini sangat membuka wawasan yang sangat berbeda dari pada ajang acara sneakers lain seperti JSD dan USS. bilamana anda suka sneakers - ini adalah salah satu acara yang harus di datangkan juga untuk melihat trand anak2 selatan yang salah satu jadi panutan buat kultur sneakers di indonesia

A Little Documentation of Sneaker Peak Vol 9

As usual, Sneaker peak is a sneaker event that is fun and cool to watch and to meet with collectors and friends, resellers and sneaker lovers.

In my opinion, one of the events that must be attended is this sneaker peak event.

This event was started by sneakers lovers and created a sneaker community. many tenants who sell a variety of shoes and not just the same kind of shoes as dunks and jordans.

What's even more exciting is that those who want to come don't charge anything

This event is valid for 4 days, from Thursday to Sunday

as a research, this event opens a very different perspective than other sneakers events such as JSD and USS. if you like sneakers - this is one of the events that must be attended to also to see the southern trend of children who are one of the role models for the sneaker culture in Indonesia

Jakarta Sneaker Day Balik lagi mengalangkan acara Sneakers di tahun 2022 setelah hiatus 2 tahun karena pandemi. para ajang sneakerhead sudah lama menunggu dan akhirnya kita bisa saling bersilaturahmi di acara tersebut dan liat apa saja yang terbaru. 
banyak tenant2 baru yang biasa tidak ada di acara ini dan brand2 besar buka booth seperti FootLocker / Vans / Converse / New Balance /  ODD /Dope and Dapper / Compass.
menurut saya Vans sangat hebat  mensupport acara tersebut besar2an.
seperti biasa JDS selalu menjadi tolak benchmark di mata saya. menurut saya acara tahun ini agak di bawah rata2, tetapi saya bisa mengerti karena peraturan yang masih ketat , acara tidak bisa semegah biasanya. JSD tahun ini di bagi 3 hari dan ada 2 sessi setiap hari ( pagi : dari mall buka sampai jam 3 / siang : jam 4 sampai mall tutup. Saya datang di hari terakhir sesi kedua. banyak peminat pada datang untuk membeli karcis (Rp 100.000) untuk masuk ke acara tersebut. di atrium mall, Brand Vans  membuka  aktivasi display and interaksi , dan mengajak IST(indonesia Sneaker Team ) untuk display sepatu2 koleksi anak2 bangsa. di hall atas , di mana acara main berjalan. dari surprise drop dari para brand. seseling acara ada juga interview kepada orang2 yang mengerakan kulture sneakers di indonesia dan dari brand2 manager menginformasikan the latest movement product2 terbaru mereka.

Jakarta Sneaker Day is back again holding a Sneakers event in 2022 after a 2 year hiatus due to the pandemic. The sneakerhead events have been waiting for a long time for this event and finally we can socialize and get in touch at the event and see what's new in the scene. many new tenants who are not usually present at this event are there . from reseller, local product and big international brands such as New Balance / Vans / Foot Locker are there, a major support and shout out too - to Vans for support the event.

as usual JDS has always been a benchmark in my eyes. I think this year's event is a bit below average, but I can understand, due to strict regulations, the event can't be as grand as usual. This year's JSD is divided into 3 days and there are 2 sessions each day (morning: from the mall open until 3 / noon: 4 o'clock until the mall closes). I came on the last day of the second session. Many interested people came to buy tickets (Rp 100,000) to enter to the event, at the mall atrium, Brand Vans opened display interaction / activation, and invited the IST (Indonesian Sneaker Team) to display the shoes of the nation's collections up for display in the upper hall, where the main event took place , there are many things happening. from a surprise drop from brands. There are also interviews with people who are driving the sneaker culture in Indonesia and brand marketing managers informing them of the latest movement & their latest products.

Di dalam campanye brand  untuk merelease heat item sebelom produk keluar , biasanya ada beberapa step ntuk barang bisa success terjual sold out. salah satu yang sangat penting adalah harus di bikin  hype dan  caranya produk harus di  photo shoot dulu dan di angkat di social media sebagai trigger.

bilamana anda tau experiane ini sangat seru , karena movement harus sangat cepat dan effective. dan strategi harus bener dalam waktu yang sangat minim.  ini salah satu experience saya di mana saya mendadak menjadi model untuk branding produk. sayangnya waktu tdak memadahi dan akhirnya photo shoot yang kita bikin tidak naik dan effek dari situ, barang tidak terjual sold out di hari itu.

In brand campaign ,to release heat items  and to make it succesfull ,before the product comes out, there are usually several steps for the item to be successfully sold out. One of the most important things is that hype buildiing. it must be created and the way in which the product must be photographed first and raised on social media as a trigger.

if you know this experiane its very exciting, the movement must be very fast and effective. and proper strategy must be correct in very minimal time cause there is deadline and if we miss it thre are consequences to the outcome of this. This is one of my experiences where I suddenly became a model for product branding. i say suddenly - cause the product came in late and the release date was the day after. the team did well in my opinion to do their best but unfortunately because one or 2 rason and time was not sufficient  for us and it didnt get approval , in the end the photo shoot that we made did not go up and the effect from there, the item was not sold out on that day
