This is a review of the Vans SK-8 Hi Water Proof shoes. I got these shoes because of a weartesting collaboration and to review the shoes.

We (the Curug Gaul children) were given 14 pairs of shoes for the Curug Gaul Children's Team to try and provide input. My team and I use it to go to waterfalls and give reviews and create content for the Vans Indonesia blast to see. After I wear them, in my opinion, they are the best functional shoes from the Vans line up. This is the time for me to review these shoes and share my opinion.

The padding of the upper is amazing. i know this shoe have a primaloft insulation. but not only it helps keep your feet warm, but the padding it self is soft and firm for the feet in a safety manner aswell.

you can feel it straight away as you put your feet in, the neckline of the shoe, the area in the ankle, the feet area has a feeling of firmness.kind of a sock like feeling of tightness.

Bantalan bagian atasnya luar biasa. saya tahu sepatu ini memiliki insulasi primaloft. namun tidak hanya membantu menjaga kaki Anda tetap hangat, namun bantalannya sendiri juga lembut dan kokoh untuk kaki sehingga aman.

langsung terasa saat menginjakkan kaki, di bagian leher sepatu, di area pergelangan kaki, di area kaki ada rasa kencang. Jenis kaos kaki seperti rasa sesak.

Rubber guard sungguh luar biasa di sepatu ini, saat kita berjalan di curug, kita akan naik turun gunung, dan saya tahu saya menendang beberapa batu saat saya berjalan naik turun trek. itu sangat membantu untuk menjaga pendakian kita sehingga kita tidak menabrak permukaan yang keras. Menurutku ini adalah desain yang bagus.

The Rubber toe guard is amazing, as we walk in curug, we will go up and down the mountain, and i know i kick some rocks as i walk around up and down the track.it helps alot to guard our toas so we  dont bump into hard surfaces.i think this is a good design.

Di sepati ini, ada pull tab di bagian leher dan bagian belakang, untuk membantu pas memasukan kaki ke dalam sepatu. karena saya suka memakai sepatu brand yang berkolaborasi sama Tom sachs, kebanyakan design sepatunya selalu ada pull tab seperti ini.design dengan function tersebut sangat enak pas lagi mau pakai.

On these shoes, there are pull tabs on the neck and back, to help fit your feet into the shoes. because I like wearing brand shoes that collaborate with Tom Sachs, most of the shoe designs always have a pull tab like this. Designs with this function are very nice when I want to wear them.

The outsole, one of the best Rubber ive ever tryed on a shoe. the rubber traction is so sticky.

the traction design is good too,  as i was walking around going down in a mud or need grip to go up, your feet fill confident that u dont have second thingking will the shoe fail or not

System tas ini menurut saya, agak beda sama tas lain. dimana material water proof, cara menutup  bagian atas harus di lipat beberapa kali dan locking mechanismnya di sambungkan supaya air tidak bisa masuk. Di sini juga bisa di lihat ada mechanism mechanism cara produksi buat tali selempangnya.

In my opinion, this bag system is a bit different from other bags. where the material is water proof, the top closing method must be folded several times and the locking mechanism connected so that air cannot enter. Here you can also see the mechanism for producing sling straps.

Berikut pemikiran/review saya mengenai Vans Sk8- hi MTE "water Proof"

Saya akan mulai dengan yang negatif,

dengan primaloft, sepatu akan memiliki suhu tertentu di kaki Anda, mungkin tidak cocok untuk pelacakan di negara tropis, tapi saya tidak punya masalah dengan itu, menurut saya bantalan dari sepatu itu membantu kenyamanan dan bantalan saat kita berjalan . jadi saya tidak tahu apakah itu negatif atau tidak, karena bagi saya itu masih bagus. Semua sepatu jika air masuk dari atas / tempat Anda memasukkan kaki, saya kira akan basah. saran saya jika ada irigasi yang mengeluarkan air dengan cara tertentu dari dalam keluar, sepatu ini cocok untuk saya. 

sepatu tersebut memiliki sisi yang berat pada jajaran Vans, dan jika ada air yang masuk ke dalamnya, maka sepatu tersebut bisa menjadi lebih berat dari sebelumnya. namun teknologi yang dibenamkan pada sepatu ini patut untuk ditunggu. dan untuk poin negatif terakhir, van selalu memiliki kaki yang rata, jika sol dalam memiliki sedikit lengkungan, orang akan semakin menikmatinya dan tidak terlalu lelah. tapi bagi orang-orang yang berkaki datar, saya yakin ini adalah surga!

Sekarang hal positifnya,

SEPATUNYA LUAR BIASA!!!!!

hydroguard berfungsi dengan baik, jika ada cipratan pada sepatu langsung padam. konstruksi anyamannya juga bagus, jadi kalau kakimu setengah terendam di genangan air atau sejenisnya, tidak akan masuk ke dalam sepatu. Poin kedua saya, lapisan dalam dan bantalan di sekelilingnya sangat nyaman, serasa kaki Anda empuk dengan bantal bagus yang kokoh. Saya dapat merasakan penyangga pergelangan kaki dirancang dengan baik. itu mendukung perasaan Anda saat Anda berjalan. terkadang menambahkan sesuatu pada siluet akan lebih merugikan karena ergonomisnya tetapi untuk sepatu ini luar biasa, tidak mematikan estetika dan mengunci kaki Anda pada tempatnya. jika bantalan dan penyangga pergelangan kaki di setiap SK8 hai seperti ini, saya yakin orang-orang akan semakin tergila-gila dan menyukainya! mengenai Insole, Cush luar biasa. Sangat nyaman!

untuk bagian jari kaki berbahan karet, sangat membantu mengatasi benturan!, sehingga jari kaki Anda aman saat melakukan pelacakan!

untuk semua kenyamanan, midsole, insole, dan secara keseluruhan, nilainya 8,5 atau bahkan 9 dari 10.

pelacakan sol luar, saya memberikan nilai bagus 9 hingga 9,5 dari 10, karet terbaik dari semua merek yang pernah saya coba.

sangat lengket namun kokoh untuk kita jalani di setiap tes, jika Anda berjalan di atas marmer Anda akan lebih merasakan betapa lengketnya itu. jika Anda berjalan di lantai berbatu yang basah, Anda merasa memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk tidak terpeleset!!.

di ladang berlumpur, kamu merasa yakin setiap langkah yang kamu jalani, di atas rumput basah atau jamur, kamu pasti baik-baik saja dengan cengkeramannya, dan kami bahkan mencoba dengan memanjat di permukaan batu yang basah untuk naik ke air terjun, kamu tidak merasa seperti kamu akan kehilangan cengkeramannya.

Jadi secara keseluruhan, sepatu ini dibuat dengan baik dan berfungsi + estetis, sangat bagus,

walaupun mungkin agak berat, tapi positifnya jauh dari negatifnya. dan menurut saya ini harus dibeli untuk keperluan sehari-hari atau untuk pelacakan. dan untuk harga 2jt+ menurutku masih oke, walaupun harga sepatunya

3 Jt, saya akan tetap mempertimbangkannya!. menurut saya ini akan menjadi platform yang bagus untuk aktivasi atau bahkan kolaborasi!

semua orang sangat senang dan takjub dengan sepatu ini saat kami berjalan di curug!

Here is my thoughts  / review regarding the Vans Sk8- hi MTE " water Proof"

I will start with the negative,
with the primaloft, the shoe will have certain temperature on your feet, it might not be for tracking on a tropical country  per say, but i dont have problem with it, i think the cussioning from it does help for comfort and padding while we walk. so i dont know if thats a negative or not, cause for me its still good in a way. All shoes if water comes inside from above / where you put your feet in, i think will be wet. my suggestion if there are irrigation that let water out a certain way from inside going out, this shoe will be perfect for me. 

the shoe is on a heavy side on the Vans line up, and if you have water going into it, it can be heavyer the it is already. but the technology that are put in this shoe is worth the wait. and for the final negative point, vans always have the flat foot, if the insole have a bit of arch , people will enjoy it more and less tired. but for flat foot people, i bet this is heaven !

THE SHOE IS AMAZING !!!!!
the hydroguard works really well, if there are splash on the shoe it goes off straight away. the construction of webbing is good too, so if your feet half immerse on a puddle or something simmilar, it doesnt go in to the shoe.My second point, the inner linning and all around padding is so comfortable , it feels like your feet are padded well with good pillow that are firm.i can feel the ankle support are well tought out in the design. it does support your feel while you walk. sometimes with add on things on a silhouette will hurt more cause of ergonomics but for this shoe it is amazing, doesnt kill the aesthetic and it lock your feet into place. if the padding and the ankle support in every SK8 hi like this, i bet people will go crazy and loving it more ! regarding Insole, the Cush are supperb. Very comfortable !
for the rubber toe, it help out alot with bumps !, so your toe are safe while you tracking !
for over all comfortabilities', the midsole, insole and over all, its a 8.5 or even 9 out of 10.
the tracktion of the outsole,i give a good 9 to 9.5 out of 10, the best rubber from all the brand ive tried.
its so sticky and yet firm for us to walk in every testure , if you walk on marble you can feel it more how sticky it is. if you walk on rocky wet floor, you feel like you have the confidence to not slip !!.
on the muddy fields , you feel sure every step u walk, on a wet grass or molds, you are for sure ok with the grip, and we even try with climbing on a wet rock surfaceto go up the water fall, you dont feel like your going to loose its grip.

So as over all, this shoe is made properly and function + aesthetic, is really good,
even though it can be a bit heavy, but the positive out way the negative. and i think its a must buy for your day to day or for tracking. and for the price point of 2jt + i think its still ok, even if the shoe cost
3 Jt , i will still consider it !. i think it will be a good platform for activation or even collaboration !
everyone were so pleased and amaze by this shoe while we were walking in curug!
