Petualangan hari ini, saya akan terus mendalami pembuatan patch.
Jika Anda mengikuti iam-ran06, saya rasa patch akan menjadi hal yang keren dan unik di dunia mode di masa depan. Saya ingin mengeksplorasi ide itu dan mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang proses dan cara kerjanya.
Karena saya penggemar Tom Sachs Nikecraft, hal itu menginspirasi saya untuk melakukan hal-hal kreatif setiap hari. Saya tahu Tom Sachs memiliki iklan patch, saya membuat 10 patch berbentuk peluru dan lencana I.S.R.U. Saya berpikir untuk membuat lebih banyak lagi karena Tom Sachs menginspirasi saya dan memberi saya filosofi ini, "jika Anda tidak dapat membelinya, buatlah sendiri."
Dan kalian tahu pengiriman ke negara saya mahal, dengan pajak dan biaya ini dan itu....
Dan membuatnya sendiri daripada hanya membeli jauh lebih menyenangkan, saya dapat belajar sambil jalan dan mengeksplorasi. Ini akan menjadi pengalaman yang baik + pendidikan mandiri dan sesuatu yang dapat saya lakukan, karena saya memiliki waktu luang.

Today's adventure I continue to go deeper on Patch making
if you follow iam-ran06 I think patches will be a cool and unique thing in the fashion world in the future. , I want to explore that idea and learn even more about the process and how it works.
Since I'm a lover of Tom Sachs Nikecraft, it's inspired me to do creative things every day. I know Tom Sachs has a patch ad i did them 10 bullets and I.S.R.U badge. I'm thinking of making more Because Tom Sachs inspires me and has given me this philosophy, "if you can't buy it, make it yourself."
and you guys know shipping to my country is expensive, with tax and pay this and that....
and doing it instead of just buying is alot fun, i can learn along the way and explore. It will be a good experience + self-education and something for me to do, since I have some free time.

As the day started, i talk to pas Agus, the owner of the patch maker , he was nice enought once again to spend time educating me about the process.

i will make a few patch design of tom sachs but this time im learning to make small and bigger size and checking out the detail of how the machine can work

this is a big design , i love the drawing nd i think it would be a good patch design for a back shirt
in the patch making , i we need to know the basic how the machine move, the process is like building layers and have to know first whice have to be saw so it looks line when the machine finish sawing it, and not over lapping . so pak Agus teach me the technique

the first 2 badge, there are rough area, if i have to QC, this does not pass, and im thinking of making it again with a different sawing pattern to be cleanner

as you can see on this one(3rd try) on the swoosh it it not correct, still the orange is showm over the black border, it spill out

after 4th try of adjusting the nidle inout , it become slightliy better

here is the outcome of them patches so far

this patch is a perfect outcome, the sawing machine did them correctly and guy that holding the machine is taking care of it well , if there is mistakes they fix it quickly so it didnt go out of hand,
i can believe this 1 patch takes 1 and a half hour to do. what i lear from this, if you want to play patch games, you have to set many machine at once and do it at the same time, cause if you calculate, 1 patch 1 and half , it doesnt work financially
