Work out
Running 30 minutes , incline 1.5 speed 7.5 / incline 7.5 speed 5
Chest press 30kg × 25 - 3 set
Sit up 30kg x 30 - 3 sets

Im blessed to be in my position and thanking Allah each day with what Allah had given me. It's a mindset that islam had taught us to be humble and staying positive.
Just remember, allah has a special plan for us in the future, and the best will come. So we just have to stay positive, work each day as best as we can, and just have faith.

As you have seen it, I've been beating and weartesting the nike Tom sachs GPS. The shoe is amazing, it's the type of shoes for all conditions , from a formal wear to outdoors, from lifetyleshoe for hype to everyday beater. Nike and Tom did design it well. So u have fewer shoes to have and one shoe to use for every landscape.

Melanjutkan Explorasi dengan crew Anak Curug Gaul (ACG) untuk mengexperience suasana outdoor dan mengetes dan refresh cara berpikir kita. pertama- tama  dari trip ini kita mau berterima kasih kepada brand Keen Indonesia  / Outside Indonesia untuk mengasih sponsor acara trip ini  

di acara explorasi kali ini agak berbeda di banding dengan yang curug kemarin - kemarin. titik start di Leuwi Pengaduan , biarpun Jalanya pendek 4Km tetapi mengetes anak -anak untuk nanjak 40 derajat terus sampai ketemu titik  check point pertama -  Bukit Paniisan . di sana mereka istirahat dandi sajikan nasi Liwet. Setelah itu mereka ke chcek poin no 2-  Curug Cibingbin untuk berendam dan main air.  acaranya allhamdulilah berjalan lancar dan seru.

Continuing Exploration with the Anak Curug Gaul (ACG) crew to experience the outdoor atmosphere and test and refresh our way of thinking. 

First of all, from this trip, we would like to thank the Keen Indonesia / Outside Indonesia brand for sponsoring this trip.the exploration event this time was a bit different compared to the previous waterfall. the starting point is in Leuwi Pengaduan , even the track is short 4km, but its a 40 degree till check point no 1 - Bukit Paniisan. thefirst rest area and serve Liwet rice. After that they went to check point no 2 - Cibingbin Waterfall to bathe and play in the water. 

alhamdulillah the event ran smoothly and exciting.

Biceps pull 30kg x 30 - 3 set
Squad weight 50kg x 25 - 3 set

As u guys know, I've been testing the @nike @tomsachs GPS (General Purpose Shoes) and to wear test them out .
Im gonna wear them till it need reparing #ownlessdomore

LIFE WITH WIFE

 I know this is not a sneaker content but more like testing our mario kart driving skills !

But hear me out.
We were wondering if this electric gocart can be a fun thing to do. As it turns out,
it's amazing.
I think it would be a good activation activity for a brand to do if they have a product that are aline to do so !! Sadly, the track at this place is too small. If they make it longer, it can be so much fun. I was surprise how fast the electric gocart can go !... It zooms quick.

This is some BTS of meSpending quality time with the wife on her free day.

Meneruskan Doumentasi Jakarta Sneaker Day tahun 2023. ini photo2 acara di Hari ke 3

acara hari ke tiga sangat ramai sekali di hari sabtu. dimana orang sudah mulai gajian dan hari weekend(orang lebih renggang membeli dan untuk datang ke acara karena tempat baru yang bisa di bilang agak efford untuk dateng). selagi berjalan2 saya melakukan research dan mendapatkan info2 yang sangat bagus mengenai acara JSD tersebut. dari sisi Retailer , communitas, collector , reseller dan pengunjung random. over all outcomenya banyak masukan yang bilang sangat bagus dan ada beberapa masukan untuk membantu acara tersebut kedepannya. JSD menurut saya adalah salah satu acara untuk reseach dan outcomenya akan menjadi salah satu hint bagaimana tahun kedepan sneakers culture akan terbentuk.

Continuing the Jakarta Sneaker Day Documentation in 2023. Here are photos of the event on Day 3.

the event on the third day was very busy on Saturday. where people have already started getting paid  salary and its on a weekends (people are more apt to buy and to come to events because a new place can be said to be a bit effford to come). 

while walking I did research and got very good info about the JSD event. from the side of Retailers, Communities, Collectors, Resellers and random visitors. Over ll, the outcome was that they were many inputs that said they were very positive and there were several inputs too that can help the event going forward. In my opinion, JSD is one of the research events and the outcome will be a hint of how sneakers culture will be formed in the coming year.
