Continue pushing, exercise my physical form for future mars exploration. As u guys know, I've been testing the @nike @tomsachs General Purpose Shoes (GPS)
Testing the shoes to extreme. And now im still testing the comfortability and endurance.
The GPS is a good everyday shoes and I think it fits the purpose of its function.

Todays regiment
Cardio incline 1.5 / speed 8 - 30 minutes
Cardio incline 7.5 / speed 5 - 20 minutes
Leg raise twist 20 rep x 3
Mercury(Child pose / cobra / push up )
Heel touch - 20 rep x 3
Laydown Feet tuck 20 rep x 3
Plank 1 minutes x 3
Saturn (roll 5kg ball around your waist) 30 rep x 3
Push 5kg ball above your head 30rep x 3

This time, im testing the comfortability and endurance.

The GPS is a good everyday shoes and I think it fits the name. Nearly a year ive test this shoe, and there is some wear and tear on certain areas that are normal after extreme or heavy used

This exercise is different from my usual routine.
Im doing sled push with weight. This helps build lots of muscle from the lower body and upper body as well.
The burst push exercise will help bring your a game when you do sprinting and pushing heavy things on your everyday movement.

This time, not only testing durability and comfortability.. As i burst to sprint with weight sled infront of me, the waffle sole rubber help give traction for me to start.

General purpose shoes (GPS).
Weartesting at a secure environment (gym), testing durability and comfortability.

Durability, slowly seeing some wear and tear on the shoe and for comfortability, its still amazing. I think the more u break into it, the more comfortable the foaminside the midsole.

This time im gonna be focusing on my stomach area

You guys know, I've been testing the @nike @tomsachs GPS (General Purpose Shoes ). take them to the extreme, and now been testing it at the gym for endurance and looking for broken parts in them shoes.In my opinion this shoe Is the best everyday beater, and yet it's aestheticly pleasing.

Todays regimen :
Cardio - 30 minutes (incline 8 / speed 5.5 )
Cardio - 20 minutes (incline 1.5 / speed 8.5)
Checlst Pull - 30kg /reps 30 x 3
Arm behind your knee - 30 reps x 3
Sit up - 40kg / 30 rep x 30
Squat push - 40kg / 30reps x 3
