EXERCISE THE DEMON

1. Warm up, speed : 7 - 40 minutes
2. Sit up , weight 45 x 30 - 3 sets
3. Arm pull , weight 35 x 30 - 3 set
4. Track walk , speed 5 + inclined 7 - 40 minutes

With healthy body,comes positive mind and spirit.
