 Mentalitas pekerja keras berbeda dengan pekerja cerdas dan berbakat. Biasanya, karena bakat mereka, mereka kurang mendorong pekerjaan mereka hingga batas maksimal setiap saat, mereka mengandalkan diri sendiri dengan bakat mereka. Pekerja cerdas biasanya mencoba mengambil jalan pintas. Karena mereka berpikir dengan mengerjakan pekerjaan mereka dengan cerdas sudah cukup untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan merasa terlalu percaya diri serta meremehkan orang lain. Pekerja keras adalah kunci kesuksesan. Mereka tidak memikirkan bagaimana cara mereka bekerja, mereka tidak keberatan bekerja berjam-jam untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan tujuan tercapai, dan mereka tidak keberatan melakukan pekerjaan kotor serta pekerjaan orang lain ketika mereka membutuhkan bantuan.  
 ENGLISH
The mentality of a hard workers are different then smark workers and talent. Usually, because of talent, they lack in pushing their work to the limit each time, they rely them self with their talent. the smart workers usually try to cut corner. cause they think by doing their work smartly its enough to finish the job and feel too condifent and look down on people. the hard worker are the key to success. they dont brag on how they work, they dont mind working long hours to achieve the success and the goal is done and they dont mind working the dirty work as well as other peoples work when they need help.

Setelah saya masukin data, bisa kita lihat nilai points saya di profile dan di leader board sama. tapi pas saya refresh detik berikutnya, tidak taunya berubah! kita bisa lihat systemnya bener masih belom di benerin keliatannya !
ENGLISH 
After I entered the data, I could see that my points were the same in my profile and on the leaderboard. But when I refreshed the next second, it changed! I could see that the system hadn't been fixed yet, apparently!
