and after I finish my entry , the point goes up from "7566" to "7579"
I think i got another 7 point from mediciine ball . i did the exercise and have the proof at my blog that i did them, and i did try to add them to the Nikecreft apps, but may be i foget to press approve or something cause of tiredness. and it didnt add in to the system.
with some experience i go true, i think i found a loop holes to get better result on the system and get abetter final points. hmmmmmmm.......it made me think , i still have to test the formula
