Sebagai follower IamRan, kalian sudah tau saya suka banget dengan apa yang ada kesambunganya dengan Tom Sachs. Buat proyek creayive kali ini, pengen belajar menjait. Saya punya concept project di mana saya mau bikin custom bootleg topi lari buat O.A.B. Jujur, saya tidak pernah mencoba menjait , ngak tau caranya dan tidak pernah memikirkan untuk mencoba, Jadi buat saya kesempatan buat coba. 
Saya beli running caps simple yang akan saya customize dengan pasang badge yang saya waktu itu sudah bikin.

As followers of IamRan, you already know I’m a huge fan of anything related to Tom Sachs. For this  creative project, I wanted to learn how to sew. I came up with a concept to create a custom "bootleg" running cap for O.A.B. Honestly, I’ve never tried sewing before—I didn't know how and had never even considered giving it a go—so this is a chance for me to try it out and explore. 

I bought some simple running caps that I plan to customize by attaching badges I had previously made.

NOTE :  I dont work at Tom Sachs Camp. Im doing this, cause I want to express my creativity and I like  sharpening my skill nowdays to learn more. Saya masih memikirkan desainnya: sebaiknya I.S.R.U atau 10 peluru itu yang diletakkan di bagian depan?Jika I.S.R.U yang ada di bagian depan, apakah 10 peluru itu sebaiknya ditempatkan di samping atau di bagian belakang topi?

Patch I.S.R.Unya akhirnya terjit ke topinya. 
buat pertama kali mencoba bener- bener jait patch , menurut saya tidak jelek jelek banget. saya notice tidak 100 % di tengah tengah , tapi buat saya sedikit miring ngak apa- apa , kan namanya D.I.Y bukan pakai mesin, dan dengan concept seperti Tom Sachs, kerjanya ngak akan seperti robot yang selalu clean dan perfect. Berikutnya , patch 10 Bullets

The I.S.R.U. patch finally made it onto the hat.

For my first attempt at actually sewing on a patch, I don't think it turned out too badly. I noticed it isn't perfectly centered, but a slight tilt doesn't bother me—after all, it’s DIY, not machine-made. Plus, with a Tom Sachs-style concept, the work isn't meant to look robotic, clean, or perfect. Up next: the "10 Bullets" patch.

Setelah pikir-pikir, biarpun saya suka di belakang topi, tapi menurut saya  sayangnya patchnya kegedean untuk di taro di situ. lebih baik memang partch 10 bulletsnya ada di samping. saya juga pikir, lebih baik di sebelak kiri dari pada di kanan, karena saya notice bilamana tali topinya berkewer- kewer , akan arahnya ke kanan dan bisa menutupi patchnya. Jadi lebih baik di kiri

After giving it some thought, even though I like the idea of ​​placing it on the back of the cap, I feel the patch is unfortunately too big for that spot. It really is better to have the "10 bullets" patch on the side. I also think the left side is preferable to the right; I’ve noticed that when the cap's strap hangs loose, it tends to swing toward the right and could cover the patch. So, the left side is the better choice.

Jujur yeah, process masukin thread to needle whole tuh annoying yeah. kali karena saya ngak sering melakukanya, tapi buat saya biarpun sering, kalau sudah tua dan mata makin susah liat akan tetap susah sihhh

Honestly, threading a needle is such an annoying process. Maybe it's because I don't do it that often, but even if I did, it would still be a struggle as I get older and my eyesight gets worse.

Ini pengalaman yang menyenangkan sekaligus pelajaran tentang kesabaran dan fokus. Kamu harus mempersiapkannya dengan baik, dan saat mengerjakannya, kamu akan larut dalam pola menjahitnya. Ini pengalaman yang bagus untuk percobaan pertamaku. Percayalah, ini bukan hal yang mudah dilakukan... karena aku sendiri sering terluka akibat tertusuk jarum tajam. Menempatkan lencana tepat di tengah juga tidak mudah... sepertinya aku perlu belajar lebih banyak lagi soal menjahit.

It is a fun experience, Its a lesson of patients and focus. You have to prep it well and then when your doing it, you will zone out doing the pattern of sawing. It was a good experience for my first attempt . Trust me, Its not an easy thing to do ... cause i know i got hurt many times poke by sharp needle. And trying to center the badge is not easy too... i think i need to learn more in sawing.
