I went and check out Jakarta Sneakers Event.
Many jakarta swagger and resellers came to this event and lots of trading is made. for them indonesia hypebeast its heaven !!!... but sadly i dont see many variety. they all sell mostly the same product in every booth. Yeezy... yeeezy... yeezy..., jordan.... jordan ... jordan , NMD NMD NMD... not many cool OGs.
as the day progress the more people coming in and many event took place, from panel discussion , basket ball game 3 on 3 and acrobatic basketball show....
the sad thing i see, many big brand don't support the event. no nike booth, no adidas and others, even though the even was a hit. I guess they were to scared to jump in the big puddle...and wait for the second event for them to be safe. kind a sad how big brand don't support events like this!
