Im Back to " grinding" after the month of Ramadhan

Preperation for another exploration to Mars.

As u guys know, I've been testing the @nike @tomsachs GPS (General Purpose Shoes ). take them to the extreme, and now I've been testing it at the gym for endurance. It's an everyday beater, and yet it's aestheticly pleasing. The mid sole foam has a good character for cushioning.

Todays regimen :
Cardio - 20 minutes (incline 8 / speed 5.5 )
Cardio - 20 minutes (incline 1.5 / speed 8.5)
Checlst Pull - 30kg /reps 30 x 3
Arm behind your knee - 30 reps x 3
Squat push - 40kg / 30reps x 3

Back to " Attack Mode" after the month of Ramadhan

Preperation for another exploration to mars.

As u guys know ive been testing the @nike @tomsachs GPS (General Purpose Shoes ). I have take them to the extreme and now ive been testing it at the gym for endurance.
I think the shoe is amazing. Its an everyday beater and yet its aestheticly pleasing.

Todays regimen :

Cardio - 20 minutes (incline 8 / speed 5.5 )

Pull down - 35kg /reps 30 x 3
Arm behind your knee - 30 reps x 3
Sit up - 40kg / 30reps x 3
Jumping jacks 30 reps x 3

 I'm back on my grind again !!!

As u guys know, I've been testing the @nike @tomsachs General Purpose shoes. I did have a rest cause last month was ramadhan. Usually on that month ,the muslim communities haveing fast and saving their energy, so they do intermittent diet untill sun down (not having water and food( I do not have the energy to do it ).
As yesterday was the last day of ramadhan and celebrate eid, we all stopped fasting and consumed food. Today js the second day, and it's time for me to pick up where i left off weartestinf and burn the carbs / sugar and fat..

This shoe is super amazing, and it's perfect for your everyday beater. A must have shoe !!

DOCUMENTATION : USS YARD SALE

Iam.ran liat di Instagram ada acara USS Yard Sale. Jujur ajah gue ngak tau acaranya seperti ada. Karena penasaran dan deket rumah, kita datang di hari kedua untuk mengecheck seperti apa sih Yard Sale tersebut. 

seperti biasa, hari pertama pasti rame dengan anak anak muda yang pengen tampil, 

dan iamran tidak cocok untuk hadir kecuali memang di undang. Jadi kita pilih dateng di hari kedua aja. 

 USS adalah Pt yang dulunya mulai dengan Event Organizer di mall kecil-kecilan,(bisa liat di documentasi saya tahun2 sebelomnya). Dengan waktu berjalan, mereka makin besar dan menjadi salah satu EO yang bikin membikin acara gede2an.sering sekali mereka menangkap culture tertentu dan menunjukannya di acara besar mereka untuk mengisi kontent.

Acara USS Yard Sale ini menurut saya mengingatkan seperti acara mereka mulai pertama- tama. Dimana acara ini di adakan di hall salah satu mall di Jakarta Selatan( Pondok Indah Mall 3). acaranya terlihat rame di hari kedau. banyak orang dateng untuk mendapatkan special deal  harga sepatu  murah. Karena nama USS sudah di gemari di mata anak muda millenials makanya sangat rame. menurut saya dan review saya mengenai acar ini....Hmmm.Menurut saya agak aneh dan saya agak tidak ngerti inti dari maksudnya acara ini. Seperti acara USS lainnya isinya sama aja, dimana isinya  ada beberapa lokal prododuct yang deket dengan brand USS untuk mengisi booth, banyak Reseller sneakers store dengan harga resell bukan harga murah dan ada beberapa supporter triftig juga mengisi , tetapi sangat dikit. Mustinya dengan nama Yard Sale, menurut saya agak berbeda .dikira saya akan lebih  barang -barang trifting orang2 yang banyak dan barang-barangnya juga barang bekas dengan harga ok tapi bagus2. tetapi ini tidak seperti itu. just like another USS event tapi sekalai kecil. menurut saya Uss kali lagi coba tapi Pondok Indah untum menjadi supporter USS. Apakah ini petunjuk USS sudah mulai kehilangan Idea ? atau cara mereka mencari gimic saja buat mendapatkan sponsor ? or atau cuma saya saja yang salah menngertikan namanya Yard Sale.

Iam.ran saw on Instagram that there was a USS Yard Sale event. To be honest, I didn't know such an event existed. Out of curiosity and because it close to home, we came on the second day to check and wants to know what the Yard Sale was like.

As usual, the first day will definitely be crowded with young people who want to appear,

 Iam.ran was not attending on the first day unless invited. So we chose to come on the second day cause usually the best day is the second day where u can document better on the real scene.

 USS is a company that used to start with Event Organizer small size event inside malls, (you can see in my documentation in previous years). As time went on, they got bigger and became one of the EO's who made big events. Very often they capture a certain culture and show it at their big events to fill in content.

The USS Yard Sale event, in my opinion, is reminiscent of the way their event first started. Where this event was held in the hall of one of the malls in South Jakarta (Pondok Indah Mall 3). the event looks crowded on the  second day. Many people come to get a special deal for cheap shoes. 

Because the name USS is already popular in the eyes of young millennials, that's why it's very busy. in my opinion and my review about this...Hmmm. I think it's a bit strange and I don't quite understand the point of this event. Like other USS events, the content is the same, where the contents are several local products close to the USS brand to fill the booth, many sneakers store resellers with resell prices are not cheap and there are some triftig supporters who also fill in, but very little. 

It shouldnt be called Yard Sale, in my opinion. cause ite very miss leading. it's a bit different. I thought I would be buying lots of people's trift items and the goods are also used at good prices. but  this event it's not like that at all. just like another USS events  that are small with the gimic YARD SALE !.

 I ,might think USS company wants to trigger Pondok Indah mall to become a USS supporter.

 Is this a hint that the USS has started to lose Idea? or a  show on how do they just look for a gimmick to get sponsors? or is it just me who misunderstood the name Yard Sale.

Iam-Ran di undang untuk datang ke acara release artist Indonesia berkolaborasi pertama kalinya di dunia dengan brand New Era Hat. Acaranya di mulai jam 4 sampai jam 7 di  mall kota kasablanka. Sebagai dokumenter sneakers , acara ini sangat berbeda dimana product yang di release adalah Topi. Jujur, saya tidak mengikuti trend topi, tetapi keliatanya product topi adalah product yang sangat di minati dan ada komunitasnya yang besar seperti komunitas sepatu. 

Topi adalah salah satu accessories yang sangat di minati di culture hip hop dan  street fashion wear. seperti sepatu, ada kolektor - kolektor juga dan topi limited edition yang di release di waktu waktu tertentu. Pas saya datang, acara baru saja di mulai dan artist grafiti muklai sedang di interview. Setelah acara interview selesai, hip hop artist local dan DJ Indonesia mengisi acara selagi tamu mengenjoy product2 yang di sediakan di toko. Banyak sekali orang beli product- product New Era saya liat dan communitas Topi  pada hadir, hype streat wear culture fashionista dan HipHop pada datang untuk mengexperience activasinya. Selagi waktu buka(06:00Pm) ada break sebentar ,tamu di siapkan cemilan buka puasa dan setelah buka selesai, acara mulai lagi dengan rapper Indonesia mengisi vibe. 

menurut saya acaranya seru dan ramai sekali  

Congrats kepada New Era dan Muklai, semoga ini membuka buat artist lokal dan communitas di indonesia bisa lebih berkreasi lagi dengan platform topi.

Iam-Ran was invited to come to the release event for Indonesian artists to collaborate for the first time in the world with the New Era Hat brand. The event starts at 4 to 7 at the Kota Kasablanka Mall. As a sneakers documentary, this event is very different where the product released is a hat. To be honest, I don't follow the hat trend as much, but it seems that hat products are very much in demand and there is a large community like the sneaker community.

Hats are one of the most popular accessories in hip hop culture and street fashion wear. Like shoes, there are collectors too and limited edition hats that are released at certain times. When I arrived, the event had just started and Muklai the artist was being interviewed. After the interview was over, local hip hop artists and Indonesian DJs filled in for the event while the guests enjoyed the products provided at the store. I saw lots of people buying New Era products and the Cap community was present to support, som fashionistas and HipHop lovers came to experience the activation. While opening fast time (06:00Pm) there was a short break, guests are served iftar snacks and after the opening is over, the event starts again with Indonesian rappers filling in the vibe.

I think the event is fun and very lively

Congrats to New Era and Muklai, I hope this opens up opportunities for  more local artists and the community in Indonesia to be even more creative with the hats platform.

acara ini di mulai jam 4an dan di adakan di toko Ageless Galaxy di Jl Bangka , Jakarta Selatan

banyak pengemar Jeff Staple datang untuk melihat dan bertemu untuk meminta tanda tangan dan photo bareng bersama dia. acara di bagi menjadi 3 session. Sesi pertama adalah sessi interview dan tamu mulia jeff staple mengeshare knowledge  mengenai perjalannan hidup dia dan industri yang dia geluti. sessi kedua adalah sessi bertemu tanga tangan dan photo bareng, dan di akhiri dengan buka puasa bareng. acara sangat seru dan peserta yang hadir sangat senang bisa bertemu dengan living legend Jeff Staple. saya sempet ngobrol dan dapet tanda tangannya dan menurut saya orangnya sangat humble dan friendly.  sayangnya saya ngak bisa ngobrol banyak kareana banyak yang nunggu untuk tanda tangan dan minta photo bareng dan pas buka puasa saya ada acara bukber di luar. untungnya saya bisa hadir dan bisa mengkapture scene yang keren ini.

Iam.Ran was invited by Ageless Galaxy to attend an International Guest event,

Jeff Staple book signing "Not Just Sneakers".

This event starts at 4 am and is held at the Ageless Galaxy store on Jl Bangka, South Jakarta.

Many Jeff Staple fans came to  the meet and greet to ask for autographs and photos with the man himself. The event is divided into 3 sessions. The first session was an interview session pannel talk an with the distinguished guest, Jeff Staple. He shared knowledge about his life journey and the industry hes in. The second session  is authograph session and taking photos together, and  the third session ,ending with breaking the fast together as this is ramadhan month. The event was very exciting and the participants who attended were very happy to be able to meet a living legend Jeff Staple. I had a chance to chat and get his autograph + photo. I think the person is very humble and friendly. 

unfortunately I couldn't chat much because many were waiting for autographs and asked for a photo together and  cant stay stay long cause i have a bukber event outside that i had to attend.

over all , I was able to capture most of the scene.

Acronym merelease sepatu colaborasi bersama Nike , silouete yang di keluarkan adalah Blazer low. material yang di pakai sangat lucu dimana upernya seperti di potong ngasal, tetapi sebenernya kalo di liat lebih jelas itu adalah logo acronym. yang juga sangat berbeda adalah  heel sepatunya dimana ada bagian yang terbuat dari plastic yang bisa di lepas. 

pas sedang release sepatu ini, tidak tahunya mereka menunjukan activasi yang sangat tidak terduga dan membuat orang pada wah terhadap sepatu ini.Ada toko retailer yang mengajak dan membuat open source untuk orang- orang bisa mengubah bentuk heel belakangnya. dan sorcec file tersebut di kasih ke public. Bilamana mereka punya 3D printing, mereka bisa print design file tersebut. 

Saya mendownload file tersebut dan mencoba print design tersebut di #D printing place di bandung.

ini design yang saya pilih dan ini file jadinya.Menurut saya dengan adanya parts yang kita bisa design sendiri adalah future di persneakeran. kalo sekarang orang bisa custom sepatu dari material design dll, dengan adanya concept 3d printing ini akan membuka kawasan baru dalam mendesign.

- Penemuan saya -

1. Design file yang bisa di DL adalah kreasi orang- orang yang creative , jadi sangat terbuka designya.

banyak design keren , tetapi kebanyakan item design yang ada bisa di bilang sangat bagus di mata tetapi bisa- bisa tidak enak untuk di pakai jalan karena ergonomic di sepatunya.

salah satu jawaban yang saya bilang ini dikarenakan saya punya experience di design ini. 3D printing ini sangat panjang jadi bilamana anda sedang jalan normal adea heel anda tidak berdenturan dengan tanah. tetapi karena ada extender 3D printing tersebut , jadi akan mentok kalo di pake jalan.

2. Salah satu kendala yang bisa terjadi dan akan kurang baik bilamana material yang di pakai dan mesin 3D printing itu mutunya kurang baik gradenya. yang saya dapatkan 3D printing yang grade medium dan masih terlihat raw sekali dan masih terlihat pixelated dan bukan smooth. material yang saya dapatkan juga plastik yang keras, ada material yang bisa di bilang lebih flexible dan texturenya tidak totalitas plastic, lebih seperti karet keras.    

3. karena file tersebut open source, jadi design2nya sangat bayak dan keren2.

Acronym released a collaboration shoe with Nike, the silhouette that was released was the Low Blazer. the material used is very cute where the upper part looks like it's been randomly cut, but actually if you look at it more clearly in the detail, it's an acronym logo. what is also very different is the heel of the shoe where there is a part made of plastic that can be removed.
When these shoes were released, I didn't know they showed a very unexpected activity and made people really excited about this shoe. There are retail stores that invite and make open source for people to be able to change the shape of the back heel plastic and is given to the public for free to download. If they have 3D printing, they can print the design file them self.
I downloaded one  of the file and tried to print the design at the 3D printing place in Bandung.
this is the design I chose and the finished outcome.
 In my opinion, the creative concept " we can design ourselves " is the future in the sneaker scene. now people can custom shoes from material design etc. with the 3d printing concept, this will open up a new chapter in designing a shoe.
- My discovery -
1. The design files that can be DL are the creations of creative people, so the designs are very open.
lots of cool designs, but most of the design items that exist can be said to be very good on the eyes but can be uncomfortable to wear on the road because of the ergonomics in the shoes.
one of the answers that I said is because I have experience in this design. This 3D printing is very long so when you are walking normally with your heel it doesn't hit the ground. but because there is the 3D printing extender, it will get stuck when using the road.
2. One of the obstacles that can occur and it will not be good if the material used and the 3D printing machine are of poor grade. what I got was medium grade 3D printing and it still looked very raw and still looked pixelated and not smooth. the material that I got is also hard plastic, there are materials that can be said to be more flexible and the texture is not totally plastic, more like hard rubber.
3. because the file is open source, so the designs are very many and cool.

  Was walking around in one of the mall to see a space. This place have activation area and this graphic is on the wall. dont know who the artist is, but i think the animation hit my sensory !!.... it give me goose bump.

 menurut saya tim ini melakukan yang terbaik dan saya bangga dengan masing-masing dari mereka memberikan keringat dan air mata, membangun Chandi dalam 3 bulan dan membuat budaya tumbuh!.

bersenang-senang bekerja dengan mereka, satu visi dan misi dalam pikiran.

heres a doc of the kids Gen 1 Invincible (Ex and a few that still work there) come and join + open Fasting for Ramadhan 2023. its good were chatching up like old times, getting updates on everything and sharing some knowledge and laughter!

 in my opinion this team did the best and im proud with each one of them giving their blood sweat and tears, build Chandi in 3 months and made the culture grow !.

had the best time working with them ,one vision and mission in mind.

today were meeting and spending time again
